SARGIN \u0130N\u015eAAT, which was transformed into a joint stock company in 1990 with the participation of H\u00fcseyin Sait Sarg\u0131n <em>Civil Engineer (MSc)<\/em> in order to work in the same fields on a larger scale, took a strategic decision in the mid-1990s and started to carry out building, residential, silo and tunnel construction.
